A D.C. teen is among 38 youths whose adoptions will be formalized Saturday.

On this frigid November Saturday before Thanksgiving, Natasha Reilly was officially able to call Ann Reilly, “Mom.”

Ann, who works at CFSA, met Natasha through a co-worker, later this day, they'll officially become mother and daughter at the DC Adoption Day ceremony. Judge DiToro will preside at the ceremony.
